All the White on Whites, After Kazimir Malevich

This book is the result of continued Google image searches for Kazimir Malevich’s White on White (1917). I was surprised and intrigued by all the different colors in the digitization of this ‘white’ painting. The shifts in color call out the skewed perception we have of art when it is seen on the Internet, the primary mode for viewing such famous one of a kind works. The book is presented on a shelf so that its presentation mimics the original composition of the painting (a white square on a white square).
